keelodachozen1 @sherid10 Man, I went on a deep sea charter trip a few years ago just where you were fishing and our guide took us to the mega honey hole. We caught our limit of Amber Jack in less than two hours. I think it was somewhere around 175 lbs of fish or so we had, maybe more. Awesome fish to fight. He also showed a way to cook them up and I don't even eat fish really but it was delicious. I think he just crushed up a bunch of Ritz crackers to bread them with mayonaise I believe.

sherid10 @keelodachozen1 Yes, Ted said this was a spot like that. Fun thing to do. He took his son on a fishing trip for graduation and I need to find the photos and post them. They had so many fish it was unbelievable. I’m pretty sure that was out of Sarasota too. Ritz crackers would make a good breading. Nice flavor.

keelodachozen1 You definitely have to visit Cedar Key though when you get a chance. It will certainly be worth your while. Siesta Key is another place around there that's really nice as well.

keelodachozen1 @sherid10 Yea we took a bunch of pictures at the end of our tour as well. Crazy amount of fish man. I can't wait to go again. My brothers and I took our Grandfather last trip, awesome memories. It was so rough and choppy that day too, my poor Grandpa got slung all over the place. He was beat at the end of it. I'm glad we got to do it though. We actually lucked out and got a guide at the last minute. Our original guide had backed out for some reason.

sherid10 @keelodachozen1 A guide is best because they know where to fish. Lol. I’m sure your Grandfather thought is was worth being worn out. My Dad is 92 and my brother and some cousins always go bird hunting and his house is home base for all of them. After 3-4 days he is whipped and he LOVES it.
