Hello. I just received your poor rating for my sale to you of Dolce & Gabana sunglasses. The hard case on the sunglasses was bubble wrapped and packed within excelsior to protect it from breakage. I would appreciate it if you could forward photos of the broken case and condition of the package so that I may make a claim with USPS on your behalf (since I am the Sender)

Additionally, please note that the sunglasses are 100% authentic D&G purchased a few years ago at a reputable national department store. Please note that the model numbers and markings on the earpieces (shown in the photos) should verify their authenticity for you.
