My item that was sold as described, shipped timely, and packaged nicely was rated as a two star. Upon the 2 star most sellers would look for a description as to why such a poor rating. You chose “other” and nothing else. I would suggest being more descriptive to others and it seems strange to have such a low rating, yet no valid description is given to improve.

Hello ,the watch"s band is made of some kind of plastic material,once i tried to put it on the the band broke into pieces,i didnt expect to have to buy a band for the watch,i still have the pieces if you need to see them.i figure i wouyld just take the loss and not complain.you did nothing wrong there was just a fail in the material of the band.
