@jenniferhall131 there is a spot I can’t get off the hoodie but for the most part I got them both cleaned it’s okay I could tell it wasn’t your fault and that you had packaged them nicely the post office put a sticker on there saying you didn’t package them which I could tell was a lie because it wasn’t a post office box and also a sticker saying sorry your item was damaged like seriously 🤦🏼♀️
