I unfortunately do not have the receipt - I have found the following info - 1-800 - 680- 0966 Try to contact Harley-Davidson for the defective product and replacement- with your photos/box/tags should be able to show them that they are still new - they are generally good to work with and stand behind the product - I hope this helps
