designinpink Hi Kali, thx for ur message tonight. I'm so upset can u help me? I messaged the seller several times but no response. I cancelled immediately but it said I can't on live shows. I accidentally hit the wrong blue button as I'm new don't have experience with live shows. Can u kindly message seller to explain. I'm disabled, can't work, alone & not in a good place so this just ads to my stress I don't know why someone would do this. I appreciate ur help so very much. Thanks again! Kim🫶

kalivaughan @designinpink hey girl! So unfortunately with posh it is somewhere within the rules that it is a bid responsibly and you are liable for bids. Most sellers will cancel for you but not all because sellers get penalized from too many cancellations. Your best option if they don’t respond or cancel is to then repost and sell. Luckily you got a deal on them and can probably sell them easily.

designinpink @kalivaughan looks like she canceled. Tell me how is a seller penalized for cancelations? I try to post when I can so I've been selling for a few years & I don't understand how I could be penalized if I cancel for someone. Accommodating is good business that shouldn't be penalized right?
