devonyscarlatti @mskali28 It actually isn’t okay on my end because I didn’t send the item broken or torn as you said and your 3 star rating has lowered my poshmark status. I strive to please all my customers and whenever they are not pleased, I try to work things out. In this case I wasn’t given that option and it has hurt my status with poshmark.
