emarvosa @kalimahc oh I’m sorry I didn’t see this earlier! Did she use the offer button, or just offer that price in the comments? If the price is acceptable, you should be able to simply click on “accept” when someone uses the offer button. 😊

emarvosa @kalimahc Hmmmm...that’s odd. Has the offer expired? If so, you should write a note in the listing that you’d be happy to accept her offer if she’d like to make it again. Or you could offer her the price she offered you. If that’s not the issue I’m stumped!!
