liliswen Hi Kalli, I recently purchased a pair of Harley Davidson boots from you. They came while I was out of town and when I opened them today m, not only are they a Size 10, not 9, they are totally different boots than the ones I thought I was purchasing. I am very unhappy about this.

kallim1 @liliswen hello. I tried reaching out to you about this weeks ago and you never answered back. There was a mistake in packaging because I am at school and my mom was helping to pack and packaged the wrong boots. I am totally willing to get the boots returned back but you will have to contact Poshmark support because the payment was already released to me. This is out of my control now but you should try to contact them. Let me know if there is any other way i can help.

kallim1 @liliswen yes i was able to get those boots back and they are a womens size 9. Please keep me updated on what poshmark says. Because unfortunately three days after the delivery the payment is automatically released. Seriously i am so so sorry about this

We have gone ahead and issued you a full refund for this order as a one-time courtesy. You will receive an email confirmation soon with the details of your refund. There is no need to return the item to the seller, and you may keep it on our behalf.

kallim1 @liliswen okay i just relisted it. I talked to my sister (she owned the boots you accidentally got instead of these) but she said the person that originally bought those boots was still interested in buying them so you can maybe post the boots you got now and tag them in it and sell them to them! That way you get money for those boots to pay for these boots!
