Hi! You purchased my Aidan Mattox dress. There was some confusion as I had my dad ship it while I was driving across country to move. He didn't use the label provided by poshmark which I emailed to him, and now they cant confirm you've received the dress. Would you be able to email the customer service to confirm for them so they can manually mark it as delivered and release the payment to me? @hamza503 Hi! Not yet. It should have been there Tuesday or Wed. Let’s see if it updates today. I’ll ask my local guy to see if he can see something. I was joking about the size of the box and hope it didn’t slow it down. I only wanted to fold it over once. I’ll let you know what I find out ASAP.

@hamza503 I’m on it! I certainly don’t want to return to the delays of last year. I know they were implementing changes to First Class and parcels but I didn’t see anything about impacting Priority. Heading to an appt and will go to the Post Office when I return.

@hamza503 The person called me from Seattle. They don’t have the box yet and it may be because I placed it in a box that may have been too big. I upgraded the label to 8lbs and figured as long as my weight was okay, the size of the box didn’t matter. If it was too big to go through their machine, it needed special handling. We’ll see what happens by Friday.

@hamza503 Hi! At this point, after two escalations, I have no idea where the package and the Post Office is no help. I spoke to the guy who took it from me and he said the box was not too big or he wouldn’t have taken. I’m so sorry to disappoint you as I pride myself on my customer service. I will support whatever you decide. I assume it will appear, at some point but not in time for your event. Although it was out of my control, please accept my since apology.

@pineforgediva it says delivered on my purchases but there is no package here. I checked the usps there’s no update. I just emailed the Poshmark support I don’t understand I have been patient but now this is what it says. This is a mystery

@hamza503 I sent them a message on Friday, as the suggested, when there’s been no update for 10 days. I will reach out as well. When I saw delivered, I immediately went to the tracking to see where it was and so the same thing we’ve been seeing. Also, it said “”automatic acceptance” which I’ve never seen before. Will let you know what I hear too.

I just got news back from poshmark. They believe the package was lost by the carrier. They said they will refund the both of us. It’s unfortunate I didn’t get the dress but I am glad for the civil and kind words from you, you have been patient and kept me informed all throughout this. I really appreciate it Now I only wonder where the dress will end up. Good luck with your future endeavors. ❤️

@hamza503 Hi! I was hoping they would refund your money. In the meantime, I followed the Postal supervisor’s suggestion to fill out the Mail recovery. I believe they damaged the box. I gave them the description and pictures. Who knows, you may still get the dress because I told them to forward it to you. Keep hope alive! Thank you for your understanding. Be Blessed!
