mommaofbear Hi @123kam! You just ordered a pair of Guess pants from me earlier this week and, unfortunately, I managed to mix up your shipping label with another order 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m so, so sorry! I am mortified 😐 It looks like Poshmark has a policy & process in place for handling this sort of thing. Once you open a claim for receiving the wrong item, we’ll be able to communicate through the case about it. I’m truly sorry for this inconvenience ☹️

mommaofbear @123kam I’ve tried to contact you about the mix up that happened & am very, very sorry that it happened. It was a mistake. Completely accidental. Your shipping label got mixed up with another order. I can’t send you pants that haven’t been returned to me yet.

mommaofbear It was an honest mistake. I’m still fairly new to poshmark & have never had this happen before. It’s especially disappointing to me because I take quite a bit of time to package orders nicely, include a “thank you” note & get things shipped quickly. I don’t understand why you’re making comments saying that I have no intentions to correct this mistake.

mommaofbear @123kam hello again! Did you receive the Guess pants (the correct item from my mix up) yet? They were re-shipped to you about a week ago. Poshmark unfortunately hasn’t made this process very clear ☹️ also, the other customer expecting to receive the Flannel & headband you accidentally received was asking if you were able to re-ship those items yet.
