Hello, I had to cancel your order. I sincerely apologize. I got into town a couple days late & was rushing to pack the boots. I literally left the room for a sec & my 2 year old drew on them. I'm going to check w/Gucci to see if they can clean the marker off the suede. If you see anything $32 or under in my closet you're interested in please do lmk & I will give it to you for $10 & ship nxt day. I hope this experience doesn't give you a bad view of posh. Thank you for shopping the closet & well pleased you found something- fantastic. Must tell you this bc PM can bc rabid re:shipping. I have that dress at the cleaners & I have to work tmr. Friday evening or Sat am I’ll call 1st thing in the am (8:30 est) to ascertain hours. I’ll get back to you as soon as. Pls know it’s a possibility not a probability that the dress may need to go on Monday. I hope not. Will b in touch.
