majjio @grace4d Can u help me? I recently bought 2 pairs of sunglasses when one pair came I accepted &left great notes for the wrong pair which in turn paid out that seller &now I can’t see the tracking number anymore. The seller is not replying to me after several attempts &support is not helping me figure out how to get my other pair of sunglasses or even give me the tracking number. I’m out of $51 is it just something I have to live with? The sunglasses should’ve been here by now too!

grace4d @majjio I'm sorry to hear.. once you accept an order posh releases funds to the seller. You have 3 days to rate & if an item isn't as described - don't accept ok? However, please email them at support @poshmark.com & let them know exactly what happened. They might refund u as a new posher.. I'm sorry the seller hasn't helped u with this. grace4d @majjio mistakes happen & usually posh is great in helping. Try contacting them again stating there was a mix up..tracking comes from the seller (if mailed) & it would show up as in progress on ur purchase.🌻Dee
