dalinn1 @cloee1018 Oh no! Contact posh thru posh support. I had this happen once last year and someone must’ve taken it off her porch. They refunded both of us. I’m so sorry. That was a great bag. Tap your name at the bottom of your screen. Go to Poshmark Support in the bottom section, then Contact Posh Support. Debbie

If your order has shipped but never arrived, please report this with the following steps: Step 1: Go to your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Click on the item you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Step 5: Select Order Not Delivered to submit a report to Poshmark.
