walkinmyheels @lvraiders2020 muscle has memory - you are so correct- if I could only find the time… I love that your into fitness I use to do fitness shows 11 years ago… I agree 💯 they could be more toned… but after 3 kids my stomach is more of a concern since the muscles never healed back together 🥲😪

lvraiders2020 Unfortunately it’s not something you can target until you get to the the 7 lbs or so. The key is keep your leg workouts high in reps 15-20, so you’re burning calories and using the and all at the same time . Do a few sets of squats superset with 15 walking lunges each direction your legs and abs will be good in 30-90 days depending on how they look now. Another thing you have going for is that you’re so pretty you could be overweight and you would still be very attractive. Just not as healthy

lvraiders2020 That is one thing is men know nothing about. I understand why women have issues, but they are so random and unpredictable. Although I do find genetics plays it’s role in childbirth as well with everything else.
