@klg6283 Absolutely. I’ve never had anything like this happen so let figure how to send you a return label and I’ll do it ASAP. Again I’m so sorry about this. I will look thru my inventory and make sure I didn’t have 2 pairs. I am just so puzzled cause when we had our ski house, my youngest daughter would of always been wearing the same sizes. I bought everything in sets. I mean that a big difference...an 8 versus 10/12!! I will take care of this first thing in the morning. Thank you so much.

I have tried to release your money but it keeps saying that the case is under review. I even sent Poshmark an email explaining what happened and stated that you needed a full refund.

@kristenkalis I just saw the label in my email. I will ship these back toMorrow. In the email it said once you’ve accepted the return they will release the money. I really wish they had worked- it’s adorable!

Hi. I am so sorry you received shoes that are different sizes! I am so embarrassed! It was not intentional and I will gladly accept a return in order for you to receive a refund. Please contact Poshmark support and ask them to initiate the return. I have been selling on Posh for several years and again, I am so sorry!
