Hi! Thanks for the offer. If I can I answer any questions for you about the fit, I'm happy to help. I'm afraid otherwise we are too far apart. This adorable skirt is in New condition. On it's own, I'm not ready to do anything lower than $34. Because there's a shipping sale right now, I could drop the price to $34, and you'd be $39 out the door ($4.99 ship vs. $6.49). I know it's a lot more than you offered, so I wanted to reach out. On other items, I have more room.
