kfrancyk @freddielou64 hello! This bag when I purchased from Anthropologie didn’t come with a crossbody strap. I’ve always just used whatever brown strap I had from another bag. For some reason I can’t find the strap I used. This is why I haven’t shipped it yet. Let me know if you want to cancel the purchase, we moved recently so I thought I could find it but I’m not having any luck.
