Hi Kara! I just got an email that your North Face snow pants you purchased from me have started tracking. However, I have not yet shipped them nor have I printed the return label (I plan on shipping them tomorrow morning). I've never had this happen before and am not sure why or what could be behind it. I'm trying to get in contact with Posh, but I wanted to give you a heads up! I'll keep you posted on what I find out.

The polar vortex has caused a lot of mail delays in Michigan - I'm thinking that the post office may have preemptively created a "processing exception" on the tracking #, even though I haven't shipped it yet. Rest assured, your pants will definitely be in the mail tomorrow and the warmer weekend weather will hopefully get them to you without delay.
