Hi! I'm disappointed you've left the three star rating for "other" claiming that the item wasn't what you expected, when I described the item accurately and even included a full sized beauty gift.

Please keep Posh policies in mind when rating: you are rating the experience with the seller, not your expectations of the item when it has been accurately represented. Poor ratings hurt sellers who work hard and strive for customer service and leave us less motivated to continue giving free gifts, etc.

Also, Posh takes 20% and we see none of the shipping fee, so keep that in mind when thinking about how much was made from the sale ($4) plus the free gift, which was the value of what I made. I tried very hard to make this experience good for you by accepting your lower offer, communicating frequently and including a free gift. Consider the seller moving forward. Thank you!

Finally, if you have an issue with an item, please don't wait until the fourth day after Posh has marked the item as delivered to leave a poor review. It's confusing, and if there was an issue, bringing it up sooner than later is always best!
