anew_you Hi Kara, I am sorry to hear about your delivery issue. Please use the “problem with order” selection from your purchase order to report an issue. I have never had an issue with Poshmark helping when you use the proper area. FAQ may help you locate what you do also. You left a one star rating, but I hope you understand that I shipped the item and have no control after that. Poshmark will credit you if you don’t receive the item.
