style_by_gigi Hi Kara, I’m writing because you are a posh ambassador, you have a nice closet and an honest face. I’m having a problem with Poshmark customer service and I wonder if you have any ideas. Someone purchased my item and it has been sitting in the post office for over a week at her request. She has not responded to any of my messages and Poshmark has not responded to my messages. I am almost at the posh ambassador level but I don’t know what to do. I want to get paid. Thanks so much!

karamooncloset @style_by_gigi Hi Gigi, I’m happy to help if I can. I’ve had trouble reaching Poshmark once before as well. If it were me in this situation, I’d continue to try to connect with Poshmark, but also reach out to my local Post Office, explain the situation and see if they could return the item. I’m also in a Poshmark Seller group on Facebook - I’d be happy to post the question to see if others might be able to provide any insight as well.

style_by_gigi @karamooncloset thanks so much, Kara! I would love if you could post the question on your Facebook group. I would ask to join, but I am not on Facebook LOL. The package is at her post office in Minnesota, not mine, and I’ve already sent customer service numerous emails about this situation. These are difficult financial times and that jacket was the most expensive thing in my closet. Maybe I should contact the buyers post office?

karamooncloset @style_by_gigi I’d say calling either post office would be a good next step. I’ve noticed when I call my local PO, packages I’ve shipped or ordered start moving through the tracking quicker. They might be able to help. I just asked the FB group as well, so I will let you know what I find out! 😊

karamooncloset @style_by_gigi Based off the comments, it seems you have a few options. If you go into your sale, under problems/inquiry, you can select delayed shipment. One mentioned that calling the USPS 800-number has been helpful. Several suggested reaching out to Poshmark on social media. I hope this helps you get things sorted! Take care!

style_by_gigi @karamooncloset Thanks again for your help! I’ll probably just call USPS tomorrow. The delayed shipment option is only good if my shipment was delayed, which it wasn’t. It arrived on time but is just being held per the buyers request. Unless something terrible happened in her life, this is incredibly insensitive.
