karacosby @7diane5 I saw your review this morning and honestly am very confused and wasn’t sure how to respond. It was stored in the dust bag in a box in my closet the entire time I owned it. I do not wear perfume or Scented lotions at all, and never have. I sincerely have no idea what smell you would be referring to.

karacosby @7diane5 I have been selling on here for years and have never received anything but a 5 star review on all previous sales. If you would like me to reach out to Poshmark support to see what our options are, I’d be happy to do that. Surely there is a way to just cancel the sale and send it back.

karacosby @7diane5 I have initiated a return option with customer service so don’t send it off to get fumigated because I’m sure they will ask you to return it. So sorry it didn’t meet your expectations- I really thought you would’ve loved it.

karacosby @7diane5 we don’t use anything like that and no other buyer has ever mentioned it on any of the items I have shipped over the last couple years. I am honestly so surprised by your response that I’m not certain something didn’t happen during the shipping process to cause the issue. But don’t worry, I am sure there is a policy in place where you can send it back! I am waiting to hear back from them now!
