kdc_couture Hi Kareen, I apologize for extra wait. I wrote customer service about them sending me the wrong shipping label. Thankfully that person was honest. Immediately contacted me. I was finally able to get Posh to send me the correct label. Your sandals should scan in & start tracking within 12 hrs. I did file a formal complaint regarding this label issue. If you sell an item. Id definitely double check that youre getting the correct shipping label Thank you for your patience.
