spicybae I would have been happy to return the shoes if you had asked. We live in the same city so it would have been easy to take care of . Thanks for bringing my rating dow.n. ..if you know your foot is big you should not have purchased. I wrote in the description that the shoe was too small for me. I actually wear a 10 and my heel just hangs a little off the edge so you must be an 11. It always takes "US" to bring each other down . Have a great day.
