yellowveggie @kguzm2 I couldn’t cancel the order but I contacted posh and informed them of the accident with your order. They told me to ask you to contact them so you can receive your refund. I don’t know if you were charged because I don’t receive payment until you receive your order. So most likely you haven’t been charged yet. And to avoid being charged contact them and please give them the order number. It’s already been documented should be easy.

yellowveggie @kguzm2 hummm okay that’s not what they told me .. I’ll email them once again and see what’s going on.. . I don’t want you to be charge for because I dropped the package on the rain.. I was not sure if the inside was wet or not .. that’s mainly reason why I contacted them. But since you haven’t been charged don’t worry.

yellowveggie @kguzm2 it’s probably a charge on hold . Because we don’t receive payment until after you receive your order and accept it.. you won’t be accepting the order because the order got rain damaged and funds will be put back into your bank account. but I also just emailed them again now and I’ll keep you posted on what they say. So sorry for the inconvenience might be a few days to resolve this but will be done.
