Hi Karen I was hoping you could help me. I purchased a nice slip on easy spirit loafer from you just about 2 months ago and haven’t worn them all that much. One shoe is literally torn by the stitching on the one shoe on the top. I see a white string n it’s ripped. It’s not that then we’re expensive at all but they are so new and I really liked them.
