crabalais123 @ak_brunelle I just wanted to reach out and apologize about your expectations with the bag. I purchased it online from Saks and that was literally the condition it came in. It was my first Furla piece so I wasn’t sure what to look for. It could be possible that the style is different from the pieces you own, that is why it looks completely different. I assumed it would be authentic because it was coming from Saks.

pop_roxx Hi there - Just saw your review and so sorry the sizing wasn’t as expected. I had it measured with the Tiffany Ring Ruler and it said it was a 9.5. Does it fit you? So sorry about that.
