katzkoz Oh sure....I know when I started I just looked for about 2-3 weeks! I will send you a "follow game" which helps you get more followers (KEY!) and help you expose your closet to more Poshers! And ,in turn help them out too! Its easy and fun! Also, I use a tool called PHOTOGRID which U can download. It enhances your photos for a more professional look. Also helps fit them into the Posh format! Easy & fun to use! Count on me anytime! 50 pushups for that!!👍💕

Hey Karen question, I used to run many years ago until I sprained my ankle and it took forever to heal. I'm sooo far gone from being fit but have always wanted to become a marathon runner. karebear51 @belladoc 😘❤️If I can do it, anyone can! There are some good training plans on Runner'sworld.com. Start with the 5k plan, don't ever run every day back-to-back, cross train on in between days (swim, yoga, bike, etc.), increase your long run day by no more than 10% each week, feed your body whole clean foods, drink LOTS of water and most importantly...have fun!

lneal57 Hi again,, I loved ready your bio and excited to meet another sister in Christ. I am a new grandmother (Mammaw) myself and love feeling the joy that a new baby brings all over again. I'm hoping my daughter will decide to teach this sweet little girl at home too. My husband and I have been in the public school system long enough. karebear51 @goldielocks1960 💖Awww, thank you Tammy😊. What a sweetie you are! Poodles are definitely my fav. Difficult to groom but beautiful, loyal, non-shedding, intelligent and compassionate. I got my current Standard shortly after a traumatic event and she has bonded to me like glue, lol. She just "knows" when I need a little extra love💕🐩and won't leave my side. Her name is Latte, she's 13 and I am dreading the day I have to say goodbye to her which is coming soon. Thank you again for your kind words😘

I found it helpful to just read all of the Posh guidelines and etiquette and to study several of the more successful closets. The Posh Mark FB page and blog are also helpful. I’d be driving and suddenly forget where I was or where I was going😲. My brain fog was bad enough without that, lol. I have found something worth trying though, it’s CBD oil. I’ve had such improvement with this, I’m even considering selling it at some point. Still praying about that for now though. I hope you can find some relief from all the mean symptoms your having. goodfindsmn Oh my I am reading more of your feed and having a moment...knowing God is always pointing us in the right direction!! It’s late here but reading...Lyme’s stuff (my hubby), Fibromyagia or some autoimmune like it (me because three different dr.’s have given me 4 different answers) that we deal with mostly naturally avoiding the synthetic drugs as much as we can. I have to read more above tomorrow!! We have lots in common on other sides of the country!

goodfindsmn @fkard50 have either of you tried Bio-identical hormone therapy? My sleep issues did not totally go away but went from CFS type of symptoms (more fibro see below) around an 8/9 (10 being feeling like I needed to sleep a lot) to about a 2/3! It did help...not cured but improved on that part...

There is a great free ap called PhotoGrid that’s easy to use and works well for your cover pictures. Other than that, it helps to do lots of sharing of other’s closets and just have fun connecting with people.
