krozarmoore @sherrillh I'm 54 and i was extremely tired, i went to the MD found out i am hypothyroid, since i have been on medication, i lost 10 pounds in one month, but i believe in exercise and proper diet. If you eat right and take vitamin supplements you will lose weight, and the important thing is to maintain it. What program are you looking to do?

krozarmoore @sherrillh in your pictures you look great! I didn't mean to ramble on about health and weight! I am 30 pds over weight, as i get older its harder for me to lose, I'm on my feet at work, when i get home i don't feel like doing anything. Im 5 ft and i weigh 145 . you are smaller then me looking at the pics, your a pretty lady, you have personality!
