janakhamrick Hi Karen - Why did you cancel my July 20,2021 purchase of the Keens mules Size 9 in light blue yesterday, August 10, 2021? You told me you were shipping them on July 30, 2021 after I had reached out to you and Poshmark several times. I am super disappointed. I really, really wanted those shoes. I have them in black and just love them. I don't understand.
