Omg I can't believe it broke off I would report it to usps bc that is not how I sent it i made sure it was in thar bubble wrap that I receive ipsy make up in I'm so sorry! I hate usps I just got a package from them that was damn near open!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so pist right now I'm super sorry
