Hello again! I finally spoke with a representative inside he post office and she old me thy don’t always scan the packages right away and that’s why it hasn’t started tracking. I told her I find that really hard to believe. So I called customer care who opened an investigation and told me to check tonight after 6 and the package should start tracking and if not to call them back.

I honestly hope it starts tracking before that. The customer service representative was also shocked to hear that the packages Don’t always get scanned. I hope I get this cleared up soon and again I’m beyond sorry for the delay this is my very first time experiencing this. I have never had a problem with my packages before.

@kappy5363 hi! I just wanted to update you. I spoke with a supervisor today and there is still no info on package. She told me to give it 1-2 more days and if there is still nothing to call back and at that point I could file a claim. If by some chance the package shows up before then please let me know. She is saying that something could have happened to label maybe something spilled on it, etc..... Thank you so much for your patience.

@kappy5363 hi, ok! I figured as much! Because there is still no tracking info! I am beyond upset about this! I spoke with a supervisor earlier and she was going to Look into it! But I haven’t heard back from her. I will most likely end up filing a claim! In the meantime I will contact Poshmark to issue you a refund ASAP! If the boots happen to show up I will send them to you free of charge! At this point I am pretty sure they lost it!

@kappy5363 hi! I got nowhere with the supervisors at the local office so on Friday I went online and did a missing package search/claim. If the boots are found and hopefully they are I have them forwarding them straight to you. But in the meantime I emailed posh support and asked them to issue you a refund ASAP. So hopefully they will do that soon. I’m so sorry again about This. It’s very frustrating.

Another buyer that purchased from me a couple weeks ago sent me a message saying that she received a boot in the mail and she didn’t order a boot! I was like omg are you serious?! I must have put the wrong label on the package which I thought for sure I double and triple checked! But she was so awesome about it! I emailed her the label and she sent them right off! I’m sooooo sorry for all of the confusion and the delay!

ahhh I found it at the VERY bottom after your sales. I usually stop when it says sold . do you ever trade? I sometimes will if theres something my size and I like. if not no biggy just like to know who does and who doesn't. its always fun to get new clothes for US instead of sell them all lol
