Karen...You need to request a return label from Poshmark ASAP. They only allow a 3 day window for returns through them. I am so SORRY I disappointed you. I hope you will decide to purchase something else from me in the future.

@mzpitty1 Lee — I will accept this order, as I don’t want to lose the 4 beautiful pendants that you successfully separated, as we agreed. Am disappointed that you were able to use beads fr ERs to lengthen the revers.bird/leaves necklace, but sent the revers. bird&flower/butterfly set & sitting fox set w/o same adjustmts; truly think highly of your creative & professional crafting.

Lee — asking one more option: if I return all pcs for refund, would you be able/willing to bundle the bird/leaves set (pend/lengthened necklc/shortened ERs), the polished red fox pend/22”necklc/orig ERs, & the two remaining pendants w/o necklaces/ERs, w/bundle price adjusted to reflect only pends purchs’d?

@murayam I guess this is a moot point since you have already started a review with Posh. In all probability they will send you a return label and have you return the merchandise to me. At that point we are back at SQUARE ONE. You will have your money refunded once I have received the items and I will have my 4 sets of necklaces to place in my closet for sale once more.

@mzpitty1 Your note re raising of prices truly disappointed me, as you didn’t consider your failed agreemt to lengthen the necklaces; if you couldn’t/didn’t want to, I would’ve understood (as w/the flamingo pendant set that was too intricate to adjust). You made me feel at fault re returning my 1st order & w/my efforts at reordering — so it is best for me to let these pcs go.

@murayam I had the impression you did not intend to wear the beaded necklaces, and the most important manipulation of the necklaces was to separate the Pendants from the beaded chain. I think you will agree without the pendant to complete the necklace it is less attractive. The beads were purchased to compliment the Pendant and I used them all. The beads on the earrings would not have lengthened them sufficiently. As it is I am glad I still have the intact earrings to include with the set.

@murayam I am purchasing new bails for each Pendant which will allow for it to be placed/removed on the beaded chain, This of course is another expense so the sets will have another price change. I am upset that you thought my pricing of the pendants to try and recoup some of my labor and material costs was excessive. But I digress ...

Appreciate your communication—hoping Poshmark will allow to return the itm for refund; hope it was okay that I didn’t accept their offer, as I don’t feel right recvg a refund and keeping the necklace.

Ok.. That's how Posh responds no partial refunds all or return all. No problem.. If you will return necklace to me I will send you $35 refund. That's easiest. Please accept order and we can exchange addresses and do it that way.. Its easiest..

Good a.m. from my experience with Posh cases when cases are resolved they just post case approved. They don't post anything else. It refers back to our comments as to why they approved that buyer has
Seller has agreed to refund. As you can see tho it has to be all of the order and not partial order refund. I had not t her case like this. Buyer accepted then wanted refund so we did return and refund off Posh like we are doing.
