kcaldernc @tsavage1972 I’ve put a question into Poshmark support. In the FAQ it states that the recipient should refuse the package when extra postage is required. The package would then come back to the seller who would resend in the proper box.

tsavage1972 @kcaldernc unfortunately my boyfriend didn’t refuse the package and he paid for it so I guess I am out of luck. Guess the only thing I can do is reflect it in ratings.
