@granita Hi Grsnita! I'm sorry but Poshmark makes it very clear that there are no returns. This is a quote from their website. "All sales are final on Poshmark. This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing.." Please contact Postmark directly if you you want to pursue a problem with my listing or you can repost it in your closet. Thank you.

Your service was quick, the sweater was wrapped beautifully but the tissue and the sweater were received with a strong perfume fragrance.

@granita Thank you for your response. I don't like to use hangers for my sweaters since they leave hanger marks at the shoulder. I fold them neatly in a drawer with a bar of soap to help prevent them from smelling musty. I apologize for the scent.

Also, Sorry to bother you with this but I was wondering if you knew how to delete all of these messages about people following me etc.? It clutters up the important stuff like buying and sometimes I miss messages bc there are so many to weed through.

@decordiva19 I know what you mean. I get get confused and miss comments too! Here is what I found on Poshmark's FAQs. " Individual comments are unable to be removed. In the event that you really wish to remove a comment, you will have to delete the listing and create a new one. You cannot remove comments made on another Posher's listing." Hope this helps. Did you see my counteroffer for the Retinol cream?

Oh btw. Is there Anyway you can make sure it doesn’t go out until the end of this week or even next week? I’m going to be gone for a few days and will be home this Friday night, and I don’t want it sitting out in the heat or out so thieves see it.

I rc’d your pkg - all looks 👍 except NO toner.
I think I got 4 items but quickly put them w/ some other products - before my husband got home lol)...I went to “accept your delivery & leave comment” I saw toner was on list of items in bundle , went back & looked - NO toner -seem to be missing just this 1 item.

Instead of leaving comments for Sapphire firming eye cream I thought I’d reach out to you. I rec’d that item & the toner today. The toner was perfect!
