@2bigreds I was on this site a few years back, but recently downloaded the app again. I’ve ordered several items last week but none hv arrived. When it was suggested that the address may be wrong, I started looking around & did find my old address still attached. I emailed Support, but not sure what my next step should be? Contact UPS??

@karen0226 Oh my goodness. I just checked tracking and it came all the way back to the post office in my town and they re-sent it to the your incorrect address. It’s got to make its way back to me eventually so I can get it to you. 😔

@jacquiekuri I’m having problems with changing my address. Somehow my address from several years ago was attached to shipping address. I’ve tried to change it several times!! Do u know if the address was on 48th?

@karen0226 I’m not sure the address,I went on the shipping info and it just says shipped and the state it’s in but no street address.i thought maybe it was returned because I used the wrong box,so I asked for new label and shipped back out,I haven’t received it back so far

@jacquiekuri If you email Poshmark with order number and let them know what happened they will send you a new shipping label with her correct address. That’s what I did and they sent it to me within a day or so. Really easy. 😁

Ok so as strange as this is I just received the Adidas shirt back today and it is saying that 1437 haywood Ave is the wrong address. ?? I requested a new label and it has the same address on it. Would you like me to mail it to this address?

@miller41 No. that’s not my address. My address is 421 E. 48th street Odessa Tx 79762. I quit ordering off of this site because I hv requested to change my address but for some reason it keeps going back to my address from 3 years ago on Haywood which is incorrect! I would very much appreciate it if you could mail that to my current address please!
