sdjean @kg2840 Reducing shipping costs is almost the same as reducing dress price. A $21 sale with regular shipping nets me $16.80 (seller receives 80%) , whereas $21 sale with $2 reduced shipping nets me $14.80 ($16.80 minus $2). For the reason stated above, I'm not ready to offer reduced shipping at this time. I have an extensive selection of $6 items from which you may find a $6 item to bundle with this dress; your total cost for two items delivered would be about $30 after 15% bundle discount.
