kwwwjd I sent pics. I was excited and bought my first Mackage coat. When I opened it was wrinkled/rumpled sleeves, front and back. I f it was in just one spot but it is all over and makes a potentially beautiful coat look so unattractive. I do not know if it was not professionally cleaned? I never had that experience to buy something so unkept looking especially for that price. Need I say I was disappointed. I do not know what you did to get it in this condition

some_4_all @kwwwjd i see. It was packaged compactly because of the size of the boxes that Posh allows shipping in. There was nothing wrong with the coat at all. I’m sorry that you were not pleased with the appearance when it arrived. I wish i could have shipped it in a garment bag, but per Posh shipping boxes, I wasn’t.

kwwwjd Please understand the smaller box would have creased it st areas of folding .. I could accept that but it was literally rough wrinkled all over not just the creases from the box which was a good size

some_4_all @kwwwjd the coat had no wrinkles at all when I put it in the box, it went to you just as it was in the pictures. Don’t know what else to say. Again, I’m sorry that it arrived that way and it getting wrinkles while in transit to you, is beyond my control. Posh had t sent me any photos but I’m interested in seeing what you got. Thanks.

I was excited thinking I could wear it this weekend Do close up on your own pics and you would see somewhat of what I captured clearer with my iPhonethis is not surprising for a garage/ goodwill BUT NOT FROM A QUALITY CONSIGNMENT.. bought 8 coats and this is my first ever complain

I’m not sure why you are making reference to Goodwill or a garage, and what you have bought in the past has nothing to do with me. some_4_all @kwwwjd btw, I’m not a consignment store, don’t know where you got that from. I sell used and preowned items, which I state clearly in the listing descriptions. And if you zoomed in the pics before buying the coat, like you told me to do, then you were very aware of what you were getting. Again, i have apologized a few times for this. Poshmark will proceed as they see fit and I have no problem with receiving the coat back. 😊

kwwwjd I never suggested anything but analogously I shared that unlike the Goodwill and garage sales Poshmark has listed itself as a Consignment for quality luxury items verified and authenticated. Your pics if clearer like the ones from my iphone would have indicated thevtrue condition ofcthe coat plus your. Supportive comments except the note of a missing belt. and Of the 8 bought I have never ever requested return or made a critical comment for they were all ready for use/wear
