cindycoomer In regards to your rating, you should have no concern whatsoever about the wallet. If you own that much Patricia Nash you should be aware that her products are warranted and she will stand behind it. I have never owned a Cauchy before so I have nothing to compare it to. Penalizing me because a product doesn't function the same as another is not my fault. The wallet is brand new. Don't forget to register it.

harley75495 @cindycoomer Hi! Yes I do own a lot and have sent only 1 item to her so far in need of repair. They said they couldn’t repair & gave me a gift card to use online instead. Hard to replace an item that’s no longer in circulation. I think, I rated you ok, maybe you should of mentioned clasp difficulty & then maybe I would of just passed on yours & bought one online from Macy’s which is now on sale this week! Sorry u didn’t agree with my rating...

cindycoomer @harley75495 How would I know that the clasp was stiff since I had never even seen that style before. Maybe yours are too loose, maybe you bought them pre-owned and they were broken in. Stiffness is not an indicator of a defect.
