HI Karen - not sure if you are receiving my messages. It's been 10 days since I purchased the Birks and 5 days since you said your sister was sending them out and they are still showing not shipped. The ad had said the item would be sent and rec'd in 1-3 days. Can you pls. let me know when they are going to be shipped?
