Hi Karen,
I didn’t know there was a “case/problem “ with the pillow case covers. I just saw a note saying the case was dropped. Can you explain what was wrong? I even added a few extra covers that I used during the fall season. I’m so sorry that you were unhappy. I never mislead or sell items that are damaged.

@pinkdpenny-please ignore it all. My daughter had opened up the package and had dropped the fall covers behind the couch. So I was looking frantically for the covers and only had the two extra. She tells me after that she tore open the package and things went flying. I found them and amended the issue. If there’s anything else I need to do, please let me know. I’m still a novice at most of this. Note to self: open my own packages.
