rebeccasresale Hi Karen, Thanks for purchasing my turquoise/green Kate Spade eyeglass case. Hope you enjoy it! The KS case is brand new as of a month ago; I never used it. In my opinion, it's pristine and perfect condition. The KS microfiber cloth was unopened and included. The case was wrapped neatly in bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit. I appreciate the 4-star rating. Is there a reason the case didn't get 5-star? I'd just like to know so I can improve on shipping or whatever might be the case.
