kachyboo @tvstyleicon yes love your closet , I’m still trying to figure out this Poshmark site, I’m enjoying it , but hard to make buying decisions when it comes on buying clothes and when you’re use to deal with the designers.. so I’m 🤔 couple , you had some clear glasses but didn’t find it ❣️

tvstyleicon @kachyboo well one advice is make sure you check people's ratings. I'm a Suggested User and 5 Star ratings. I've been on here for over 2 years so when people do shady stuff they get pulled off of Poshmark. Also if you purchase a luxury brand item it goes straight to Poshmark first for authentication and they make sure the item is REAL and not a knockoff. Anything over $500. gets authenticated for free by Poshmark. That way you have nothing to worry about.

But of course I’ll make sure and I will take pictures of my packaging when I ship so you can be assured it’s not on my end. I ship US Post Office always in brand new boxes. So sorry that had happened!

tvstyleicon @kachyboo wow! Well someone must be opening up those boxes!! That’s crazy cuz even the necklace had an interior gift box with a bow and then I took it to get packaged at UPS and then to the Post office!! Something is definitely wrong! You can see that no one has ever complained about my packaging. And trust me I did all of these packages myself. In any case I’m very sorry this happened and I will take pictures of the shoes and of the interior and exterior box when I ship them out.

savegalore @savegalore customer service is super important but I never said there were batteries in it and had I been asked I would have quickly answered no and as for the other watches in my store it's a no unless I specifically said there are batteries. Luckily you can easily get them installed at Shops
