dianebravo517 sorry to hear that your having a problem with your lights. They are brand new and never been used. I only checked to make sure that they light up which they did. No one else mentioned that their's didn't work And I sold 4 other sets. maybe check the connection or try screwing them in tighter? I'm not really certain what would be the problem...I'm super Sorry that your having an issue with them😔😔😔
