dollbabythrift @georgia405 do you happen to have that better than sex mascara by itself or is it just with the Clover palette? I'm trying to find it from somebody trustworthy so that I know I'm not getting a used product. Unfortunately there are people out there who list makeup and say it's not used then when I get it I can totally tell that is. I'm a makeup artist and I'm trained to notice these things. Makes me nuts!

I was looking at your page and then saw that maceface was commenting on your stuff... I have bought multiple makeup items from her and she is an awesome seller. georgia405 @dollbabythrift I’m sure you saw my listing about how gross used makeup is, and how I get so angry seeing “swatched once” or “sanitized” or “only used two colors” and it’s being sold as NWT. I report EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I’ve written countless emails to Posh pushing for stricter enforcement. I could go on and on and on about this 😆

dollbabythrift @georgia405 I was looking at some lipsticks earlier and in the description it said brand-new only swatch for these photographs. Awesome... You ruined them. Now they're covered in your bacteria and when you put the lid back on it's going to grow even more. What people don't realize is even if they "sanitize" them and bacteria get trapped down in the tube when they twist up and down. Lipsticks are impossible to sanitize.

georgia405 @dollbabythrift honestly, everyone has their own take on it, my personal holy grail is Benefit Roller Lash. I do love BTS, and I worked as a beauty editor for a long time, so I’ve tried EVERYTHING it feels like. It’s definitely top five! Do you use a primer?

dollbabythrift @georgia405 I do, yes:-). Actually my favorite mascara of all time happens to be a drugstore brand... It's the Maybelline Mega Plush mascara. It's awesome. I use it on myself and I also have a couple of tubes in my kit that you was on clients.

dollbabythrift @georgia405 I'm glad that I found your closet! There are some good and reliable and responsible makeup sellers on here but for the most part most of them are not. Last week I spent $16 on some winky Lux powder foundation and when I received it it was a teeny tiny little sample size that comes in like an Ipsy bag or something.

The person had photographed it close up and it looked full size and there was nothing in the photos or the description that indicated that it was a sample socks. I couldn't believe it. I reported it to Posh but I have not heard anything back yet. I'm hoping they give me a refund.

georgia405 @dollbabythrift oh! If you want the drugstore dupe of BTS, it’s Lash Paradise by L’Oréal. There is sooo not that much difference. You could even try the L’Oréal and ask yourself if you’d like the fancier version of it. (See, it sounds like I’m talking myself out of a sale, but I’d rather be honest.) I love makeup. So much. I could talk about it al day.

georgia405 @dollbabythrift and if you want to try the deluxe in the meantime, you could buy something in my closet that’s at least $25 or so and I will throw in a BTS for free - the smaller deluxe size of course. But then you get to try it for free! And you can come back if you want more!

dollbabythrift @georgia405 yeah. It made me so mad! I don't know if the seller was trying to pull the wool over my eyes are really thought the sample was worth that much. It is just a little bit bigger than a postage stamp. I submitted a complaint with posh a week ago but never heard back so I'm thinking of messaging them again.

georgia405 @dollbabythrift what kind of seller are they? Do they have much makeup? If they are getting Ipsy bags they likely know it’s not worth that much. You get an Ipsy bag for $10 and it has 5-7 samples plus a bag. They aren’t sending stuff worth $20 a pc.

So he lives in Greensboro Georgia half the yr in a gorgeous golfing upscale community. I’m going there on Oct 20 for my BD which is the 25th. Are u anywhere near there?
