brannankc @evnaccessories less than 5 means i'm not 100% satisfied….not 'unsatisfied'. the color was darker/dingier looking than the photos which were done in bright light. I like them, just not 100% satisfied. Certainly not something you could fix. Free gifts and thank you note don't impact satisfaction . shipping speed, etc were as promised.
