karalinamode Hi Kirsty. This is a quote from Poshmarks response: "It looks like the funds have already been released to you for this order. We apologize, but once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund".I think what happens is once you accept the item the funds are released to me and Poshmark assumes there is no problem with the item.Regardless, they do suggest in their response that you contact them yourself, let's see how this can be fixed.
