msking711 I'm sorry to hear you weren't entirely satisfied with your purchase. In your rating you said you felt that my shipping time, item description, seller responsiveness, cleanliness, and packaging needed improvement. Would you mind expanding on that for me? You ordered the tote and makeup bags on Sunday, before Labor Day, and I shipped them when the post office opened on Tuesday. I made sure to respond to all your comments in a timely manner as well as commenting multiple times on this post.

msking711 I then offered you a discount since the tote didn't include a long shoulder strap. In my listing, I described the bags exactly as they appeared, with all the features that they included and took very detailed and clear photographs. And your bags, as well as the rest of my closet, came from a smoke-free and pet-free, very clean home. I packaged everything in tissue paper with thank you stickers, a free gift, and a handwritten note.

Lol. That's why I wanted to reach out though, I was so surprised by it because I felt I had done the best I could given the holiday.
