spiffystop @soriag. Hi. I am needing some help, and thought I would ask if you could give me some advice. I sold a pair of shoes and when the buyer received them the sole was coming unglued. She left me a one-star feedback, and I reached out to her and she would like to return the shoes. I feel terrible about the shoes. What do we do from here? Can anything be done since she has already left me feedback? I sent a question to Poshmark but have never received any correspondence.

soriag @spiffystop once the buyer accepts the package, there is no way to alter that transaction . She can change her feedback, however
